Neon locks the palette to a single acid green on near-black. Every text element, border, and interactive state uses the same hue at different opacities, creating a monochromatic terminal aesthetic. The typeface switches to monospace throughout and border radius is set to zero.
Designed as a dark-mode-only theme. The admin's accent color is overridden by the neon green palette — this is intentional and core to the theme's visual coherence.
