Table of Contents adds an opt-in right sidebar widget to individual post pages. When enabled on a post, the widget parses all H1 and H2 headings from the post body and renders a nested navigation list. Clicking any entry smoothly scrolls to that heading. The active heading highlights as the reader scrolls.
Admins enable or disable the widget per post via the post overflow menu. The widget appears for all visitors once enabled and is invisible until then. H3 and deeper headings are ignored. No configuration is required beyond toggling it on a post.
