Notification Hub gives moderators and admins a direct line to any member. Individual notifications can be sent from the user card popover or from a member's profile page. Broadcasts fan out to all active members or a specific group, with delivery queued and processed asynchronously via Oban.
Notification type templates let admins predefine reusable messages with a name, icon, default message, URL, and excerpt. Active types appear in the send modal dropdown, making it fast to send common notifications without re-entering the same content each time. All notifications arrive in real time via PubSub broadcast and appear immediately in the recipient's notification bell.
